No player can win more than one prize; prizes won’t be split.
Tie-break: Buchholz Total, direct encounter(s), Sonneborg-Berger.
Only players attending the prize-giving ceremony can claim their prize.
Conditions of entry
FIDE rules apply.
Players arriving 60 minutes or more after the start of a session shall lose.
A player is forbidden to have a mobile phone or any electronic means of communication in the venue unless it is completely switched off and stored in a sealed bag. This bag cannot be opened or moved without arbiter approval.
In all disputes the decision of the Congress Arbiters is final.
